There’s a “celeb” trainer in London charging £1000/ session.
Pretty steap I know.
So this reporter decided to test him out and decided she didn’t like him.
Now heres the thing.
Obviously £1000 a session is only going to be affordable to a small minority.
The thing is it’s all just marketing.
I’m sure he’s a good trainer but when it comes down to it you have to actually do the work.
There’s no magic diets.
There’s no magic pills to lose weight.
There’s no magic exercises to shift your belly.
Despite what the media tells you.
Having coached hundreds of people over the years it comes down to this one thing.
Having someone hold you to achieving what you want.
Having someone support you when times get tough (they will)
I could blow smoke up your arse but I prefer to be honest.
Change is difficult especially if you’ve piled on some pounds.
But here’s the thing.
I’ve planned everything out for you.
I take you through training sessions.
I give you a nutrition plan to follow.
You can ask me any questions to help you get results you want.
You just need to turn up and put your best effort in.
I know you can do that.
P.S I’m less than £1000/hour and i’ll tell you exactly the same stuff he would!
