Why it's ok not to feel like training, despite what the fitness guru's say! - Personal Trainer Newcastle Joe Wear Fitness

Why it’s ok not to feel like training, despite what the fitness guru’s say!

Straight to the point today.

There’s going to be times training is hard and you won’t want to do it.

Despite what the fitness guru’s say.

It’s ok to have those thoughts.

It don’t make you a bad person.

You can’t be at your best all the time.

Take a couple of my clients

Who are extremly hard working busy people. blog_4

They don’t always feel like coming to their sessions.

But they do and work hard.

Because they’re committed.

They’ve invested their time and money.

But here’s the thing I hear alot.

You shouldn’t need a coach just do it yourself.

My standard reply.

Why do all the top athletes and business people in the world use coaches?

Andy Murray just re-hired his old coach Ivan lendll

Because he can’t beat Djockovic anymore in the grand slams and results don’t lie.

So he realises he needs to change things up.

Use what worked before.

Hired someone that will push him and work him hard.

There’s no guarantees it will work but it’s a very smart move.

See You need to invest your time and money wisely.

Your health being one of them.

It’s not taking the easy way out.

It’s not being less of a man asking for help.

The Elite racket fitness programme is tailored to you’re current fitness levels.

It will help you.
