3 Top Tips For a Good Nights Kip!

Theres one thing you need to invest in.

Sleep.

Well the right type of sleep is crucial.

My routines a little messed up at the moment with moving house.

I like to be settled and have routine.

Moving house doesn’t allow for that!

Hopefully it won’t be for much longer.

Anyways Here’s my 3 Top Tips For a Good nights Sleep.

1. Quality Bed, matress, sheets and pillows.

2. Quiet blacked out room with no distractions. (put that phone away)

3. Get at least 8 hours and be in your bed before 11!

See training, exercise etc is not when the good work happens.

In fact thats when you’re actually breaking your muscles down.

Thats why it’s a little uncomfortable and painful.

You just gotta push through that and keep the goal in sight.

Especially if you don’t love the gym (many people don’t it’s ok)

It’s the results you want.

A trimmer, lighter version of yourself.

It’s about finding a balance that works for you.

I can show you exactly how to get results.

Not by beasting you in the gym.

But by taking some time to focus on what you want.

Sometimes you just need a push in the right direction and some help.

It’s exactly what I do with my clients.
