Watched a belter film yesterday Dallas buyers club.
The main man Ron Woodroof played by Matthew McConaughey is stunned to find out he has aids and the Dr gives him 30 days to live.
Refusing to accept the Dr’s opinion he sources alternative medicine from abroad and then starts selling it to others Aids victims.
You defo need to watch it.
Anyways it got me thinking.
Imagine someone said you only had 30 days to live.
What would you do to extend your life?
Bit of a no brainer isn’t it, you would find what works.
You know the hardest thing about getting people to lose weight is changing food habits.
Because getting people who kinda just like the idea of shifting timber to make changes to their diet can be tough.
But when it comes down to it if you really want to make the change you will.
I’m not talking about going on a fad diet or anything like that.
I’m talking about eating foods that help the body not destroy it with the occasional treat : – )
Because I know eating crap and drinking to much aint no good for you.
It changes your mood.
You can’t fit into clothes anymore.
You end up on a spiral of destruction.
Then at some point you will decide to stop and make a change.
You say to yourself I’m going to get fit.
You join a gym or start running.
Then when the motivation drops what happens?
You go back into the spiral of eating bad and drinking to much.
But what happens if it didn’t have to be that way?
Why not invest in your health to get you back to your best.
Shift that stone you’ve been meaning to shift.
All with a plan desgined for you, your lifestyle and your current fitness levels.
I’ll not lie.
It’s going to take some hard work and determination.
But I know you can do that.
Why not book that free coaching session.
I’ll help sort any problems you’ve had getting fit in the past.
