When you’re out of shape or feeling fat
The hardest part is starting.
How do I know?
Because every now and again my weight starts to creep up.
I have a disaster on the football pitch or the comment “hey aren’t you a trainer” and someone then points to belly.
I’ll be honest here, I don’t have a rippling 6 pack! <<<shoot me
However it usually triggers me into getting back on track.
Luckily I’ve got the skill set to do it.
Putting it into practice is the hard bit.
First thing don’t do it alone.
Train with a friend.
Make yourself accountable.
Schedule the time in your diary that way when you don’t feel like training you’ve got a better chance of doing it.
My clients very rarely skip a session.
Because they’re paying good money for a service.
If you pay for something you’re more than likely to use it.
Here’s some quick wins you can do every day to start shifting timber.
