My names Joe Wear and I’ve been a Strength and conditioning coach for the past decade. My passion is coaching and over the past decade I’ve gained a variety of experience working across multi disciplines including Tennis, squash, rugby, soccer, golf and working with the general public looking to improve their health and fitness. I’ve coached county, national and International tennis and squash players for the past 8 years helping develop their game both on and off the court.
In 2006 I graduated from the University of Tulsa, Oklahoma, with a BSC in exercise and sport science.
After graduating I worked for the leading sports performance business in America, Velocity Sports Performance, where I was fortunate enough to work and develop my skills alongside many experienced sports performance coaches. This was a fantastic opportunity which helped me to develop my coaching style and philosophy. I am an accredited strength and conditioning coach with the world’s leading S&C authorities the UKSCA and NSCA and I continue to develop as a coach through independent reading and attending training seminars to make sure I can deliver the highest level of coaching to my athletes and clients.
Even though I’ve got the top qualifications in strength and conditioning and played sport all the way from a professional level, top university level in the States and currently semi pro my own fitness and motivation is something I have had to work hard on. Over the years I have been in and out of shape and know the struggles both physically and mentally that it has on the body.
Your health and fitness is something that should be a priority to you, so you can be the best version of yourself. I can help you shift unwanted fat, have more energy and be more productive but first you need to want to achieve it
