Decided I was being a bit miserable.
So decided to go all out.
I’m looking for 1000 people to take my Janaury fitness challenge.
See it’s easy to become frustrated when people ask for your advice then don’t follow.
But most people need a bit of help or encouragement.
A nudge in the right direction.
Your not being less of a man asking for help.
I do it all the time.
Helps me move forward and grow as a coach.
I’m not one of these coaches that pretends everything is awesome and great every day.
I’m sure you’ll agree it’s not.
But what I am committed to is working hard, having fun and enjoying life.
Hitting my goals.
And that comes with the following.
Investing in yourself.
Helping others improve.
It’s being honest with people on how to help them.
Because change can be uncomfortable.
And it’s far to easy to stay in that comfort zone.
So if you’re thinking Yeah I want in this challenge.
