Do you keep score?
I mean what’s the point of doing something if you don’t know the result?
Well unless you’re one those uncompetitive strange people that don’t enjoy sport.
^^^^Yet to work those people out^^^^
Listen carefully my friend as this is a HUGE mistake people make with their fitness.
Not tracking anything.
Hoping that the results will happen.
Then it’s easy to make excuses.
See this is why I still love to play football.
Saturday we won 3-2 I left very cold but happy.
We’ve won the last 4.
Now if you train with me we’re going to keep track of your results.
like it or not.
That way we can plan the right programme for you and your goals.
It might be slightly uncomfortable at first but once we know where you’re at we can start moving forwards.
Then when you can’t hide away from reality.
Because results don’t lie.
Because despite what excuses you come up with.
You can shift weight.
You can improve how you feel and have more energy.
Starts with a bit of home truths.
Because once you get honest about your current reality you can make the changes you need.
