See I can always spot a newby in the gym

I’ll always smile and say hello

Because I know gyms can be intimidating

Now the sinister people out there will be thinking you just want a new client (possibly)

But I love to coach and help you get results with your training

Being frustrated/ not having a clue what to do in the gym is a fast way to frustration and giving up!

So this morning a newby walks in the gym

No warm up

No mobility work

Just racks a load of weights on the bar and starts lifting

Recipe for a trip to the physios BTW

So what should you do?

Learn how to perform exercises correctly

That will get you results

That will leave you with a positive experience in the gym

So if you’ve no clue what you’re doing in the gym

or even lack the motivation to do it on your own

It’s not being lazy asking for help

It’s a pretty smart move.

Cos if not I get bored and stay still
