Watched a cracker of a Movie at the Weekend.
I’ll keep it short (I’m not winning no awards for movie reviews)
Halle Berry is a 911 operator in the states and takes a call when a young girl who’s hiding under the bed from an attacker.
The phone then gets disconnected.
The attacker gives up and is just about to leave the house but Berry calls the house back!!!!
Obviously this alrets the attacker that someones in the house so he goes and finds then kills her.
As Berry struggles with the decision she made later in the movie she takes another call from a young girl whos been kidknapped.
I’ll not spoil any more of the movie for ya…………
But anyways it’s all about decisons and choices.
Some end up to be disatrous some save a life.

I’ll not go to deep for a Tuesday.
But heres the thing when so many people who struggle with their training and nutrition.
You can train as hard as you want but if you’re constantly eating and drinking too much it’s not going to help the waistline.
You have a choice what goes in your mouth.
Yeah but Joe I find it so hard to lose weight
^^^False it just doesn’t mean enough to you^^^
When it does mean enough you’ll do something about it.
All i takes is a little shift in your mindset.
Ask yourself this question.
Does this take me closer or further away from my goal?
If closer do it.
