No (work harder)
Have you eaten your recommended calories for the day?
Yes great your weight will be coming down.
No don’t be surprised when the scales don’t move.
Results is what you should be basing your success on.
Not opinions or what the latest guru says is the best way to lose weight.
If it’s working for you perfect.
If it’s not figure that shit out.
