Did you get a Valentines?

Luckily Yes I did get one

Off my beautiful lady (sorry for the soppiness)

Cooked my favourite fajitas too

And we just got back from a wonderful weekend in the lake district

And we’ve moved into our first home.

Life is good

Sorry if you just vommitted


But you know what I hate about Valentines day?

Well for many years when single i dreaded it.

Everyone looking so happy and loved up on the ol flakebook.

Getting those likes that make you feel all warm and fuzzy inside.

Did you know getting likes etc releases the same chemical (dopamine) as smoking, alcohol and gambling?

Yeah it’s an addiction.

Even when you know in real life it’s not like that.

Pretend all you want.

Life can be tough.

Hanging out on the net trying to impress people isn’t.

I can get addicted to things easy.

Thats why i usually just cut it out if I feel like I’m getting addicted.

Like when I played a stupid game on my iphone every day for 1 year.

Picking up coins and building a town (sad I know).

I don’t need a made up day to show my love for my lady.

I do that every day.

Call it soppy or losing man points.

I’ll get the banter from the lads.

I’m big enough to take it.

My goals are simple.

Work hard on these 3 areas

1. Relationships with people closest to me

2. Business – helping my clients and athletes improve themselves

3. Health and fitness – doing the exercises/sports that I enjoy.
