See I’m not one of these coaches that once they get their qualifications they become a know it all and stop learning.
I’m always looking how I can help improve myself so I can help my clients and athletes even more.
The world doesn’t stand still for anyone does it!
Anyways we we’re reviewing a new web page that i’m doing and the first thing he says was “Joe do you know what a comma is?”
haha made me chuckle it did.
Because in my head I had written a great article but in reality it sucked.
like why it makes no sense to write your own fitness programmes!
Find an expert who can get you the result you want.
After feeling like I was back at school and getting told off I put my brusied ego aside and realised it was crap.
So back to the drawing board!
You know what I like about my coach?
He challenges and calls me out when my stuffs rubbish.
^^^^exactly what I need^^^^
Because what chance of improving do you have if you only get told things you wanna hear?
luckily he doesn’t read these emails (i think)
Well I know there’s a ton of punctuation and spelling errors.
It’s usually just my reflections on what happened the day before or what’s on my mind.
The spelling’s never perfect or the grammar 🙂
Luckily i’m no English teacher!
But what I can do is help you lose weight.
Starts with applying for a free coaching session.
Just be prepared to work hard and not whinge/moan.
P.S Soon as you do i’ll be in touch!https://joewearstrengthandconditioning.wufoo.com/forms/zmjavie1l6ulzf/
