Dodgy Con man and mysterious phone call! - Personal Trainer Newcastle Joe Wear Fitness

Dodgy Con man and mysterious phone call!

Nowt worse than a con man.

Had some clown call me up pretending he was from microsoft and needed ascces to my computer.

Yeah mate you want my bank details at the same time?

Then it got me thinking about what this bloke is actually doing!

WTF is wrong with him surely he can find something more rewarding with his time and energy.

But surely theres a better way to go about earning a living.

A legal moral way would be a good start.

I would feel awful if someone signed up to one of my training packages who didn’t actually want to.

Theres some trainers out there who will literally take money off anyone.

Thats not me.

It’s why I ask you to fill out an application first for a Free coaching session.

That way I know you’re kind of serious.

If you’re reading this you must have an interest in improving your health and fitness.

Some people tell me I should just train anyone and take the money.

Back in the day I used to but I will only work with you now if you’re serious about making changes.

I’m not interested in making a quick dollar.

My business is based on helping people achieve long lasting realisitc results.

I want you to get the results you want from your training programme.

That comes with three things

Having a goal

Having a Plan

Having a programme

Then the main thing of sticking to it.

It also takes 2-3 weeks to make a habit.

Good or bad.

I stole that from the book i’m reading at the moment.

You are a result of the choices you make each day.

If you eat poorly try cutting back on just one bad food you eat this week.

I encourage all my fat loss clients to do this and it’s amazing how with a few simple changes how you start to see results in your body.

Amazing what happens when you start tracking your eating.

Need help with cleaning up your training and lifestyle choices.

Why not come in for your free session and i’ll show you how to start.

Only fill it out if you’re serious though.

P.S Cutting out anything is hard but once you make it a habit you’ll not regret it.
