Why You don’t need a phone!

So penalties are going up if ya caught on your phone when driving

and rightfully so

Because you know what?

Far to many people are addicted to their phones.

It’s a great avoidance tool

Searching Facebook

Checking snapchat

Scrolling through twitter

All the time

Every day

Even when you’re out at restaruants you see it.

Everyone glued to their mobile

When I was in the lakes the other weekend the couple in front spent the entire meal on their phones.

I mean if you can’t be bothered to talk to your loved one maybe it’s time to question the relationship.

Another table had obviously gave the kids an ipad to keep it quiet.

Now don’t get me wrong phones have there place

I use mine a lot, mainly to build my business and to chat with people i want to.

But if you can’t put it down for a few hours without feeling like your missing out you should probs have a look at your priorities.

In fact my number one rule when I train people.

No phones in fitness.

You’re not that important

If it’s really an emergency someone will let you know.

But seeing the latest Facebook update isn’t.

Get outside for some fresh air.

Have a coffee with a good friend.

Don’t be glued to your phone.

Especially if your driving!
