The dreaded Sunday Fear!

Monday mornings!

Hits you like a ton of bricks sometimes.

Even worse if you suffer the dreaded Sunday night fear of work (if you hate it that much you should probs change ya job)

Strange how many people float along doing stuff they hate.

Now it dawned on me that right now I’m just kinda floating along because things are comfortable.

You’re probably thinking what a hypocrit.

Rightly so, because I bang on all the time about setting goals and targets.

Yeah I keep myself fit for football but the truth is on some days I’m a lazy bugger.

But usually it doesn’t last long and I get back fired up into coaching and helping people with their fitness.

Give myself a kick up the ass and invest in something to make me better is my go to plan
