Amazing what some businesses try to get away with.
Was dropping some dry cleaning off the other day and picking one of my lasses jackets up.
The lady hands it back and explains that the fabric was really hard to press and they basically had ruined it.
I never said nothing as was in a hurry so paid for it and took the jacket home.
Obvs my lass wasn’t to impressed.
So today I took it back got a refund and now waiting on head office to get back to me.
Now if I hadn’t said anything this business would have been quite happy to just to take my cash and not give a care in the world that the service they produced was awful.
I know business doesn’t always go to plan or smoothly.
But at least do what you say you’re going to.
If someone’s not happy with my training or has to stop for whatever reason I just refund them straight away.
Now I make my courses application only and make sure you know you’re signing up to.
Not cos i’m an arrogant nob.
It’s so I know you’re serious about seeing results and if you put the work in listen to my advice you’ll be slimmer, fitter and in better condition than when you started.
I got fed up of people saying they wanted to lose weight.
But then would whinge and moan that they couldn’t without even trying the basics.
1. Eat foods that will boost your energy levels not zap them and drink liquids that aren’t full of sugar.
2. Commit to training 3 times per week.
3. Get a reasonable amount of sleep.
So now I hold people more accountable to what they want.
Because it will get uncomfortable and you will feel like giving up.
But I know feeling tired, bloated and out of shape isn’t good for you.
I’m no miracle worker.
You have to be prepared to turn up.
I want to help you create new habits.
P.S I’ll be in touch soon as you do. https://www.joewear.co.uk/dropaclothessizein7weeks
