Apparently some thought the world was ending last night.
Quite the storm we had.
Anyways before I bore you to death with weather updates here’s a golden lesson.
When you woke up this morning I bet the last thing you wanted to do was exercise.
Don’t panic it’s ok to not feel like training.
The main thing is you ignore those thoughts and still do it.
Like my clients who train at 7am.
They’ve made the commitment 1 to turn up and 2 they’ve paid good money to do it.
Well whatever way you look at it you need to have some sort of investment to get great results.
What would you look after better?
a clapped out ford fiesta or a ferrari?
No brainer right.
It’s like the gym meberships you have and don’t use.
There’s nothing on the line to make you go.
The gym doesn’t care if you turn up or not.
The trainers taking the classes don’t care if you get results or not.
They care about you paying your money.
In fact some gyms wouldn’t know what to do if all theree members actually turned up.
