Is the Free Coaching Session Hard?

Hi Joe Interested in your Free coaching session but is it hard?

I’ve had quite a few questions like this and wanted to cover them in this email so you can decide whether it’s for you or not.

After all, you’re on my list of “Shudda-wudda-cudda” people that are interested in kick starting their weight loss and fitness…

If you’re a hungry wolf that wants to take

the leap of faith, just jump right on in.

Ok, so lets cut to the chase.

Firstly no it’s not hard.

Unlike some trainers my goal is not to break you, make you sick or make you hate training.

My goal is to take you from where you’re at now to where you wanna go.

You want to improve your health and fitness I get that.

Who doesn’t right?

It’s a Free coaching session so you can see what I’m about and for me to see if you’ll be a good fit to train.

You might decide it’s not for you.

But I know I can help.

It’s what I love doing.

It’s why I ceated the Elite Racket Fitness Programme.

So you can train in a supportive, positive environment to improve how you look, move and feel.

No vests or backward caps.

No meat heads.

So if you’re wondering if you should book one.

What more can I do to help?

If you’re not going to use the offer you may as well skip to the bottom of the email and hit that unsubscribe button.
