How To Get around saying I can’t!

Ever have a day when everything/everyone is annoying you.

Yeah me too

I like things to be done right.

It’s not hard but for some reason people lurvvv to mess things up.

It’s not until you start understanding why people act the way they do  you can really understand.

See you’re either trying to move towards pain or pleasure.

This could be years and years of telling yourself the same thing.

I hear this expression a lot.

I can’t ……………….. <<<<insert anything.

Now I used to do that myself

Until I started challenging my thoughts.

What do you tell yourself on a daily basis that you can’t do?

Now unless it’s something ridiculous I bet you can.

Example my friend.

I can’t lose weight is a common one.

Lets delve a little deeper.

What do you eat on a daily basis?

How often do you exercise?

How much do you sleep?

How stressful is your lifestyle?

Because if you really really want something you can get it.

Might not be easy.

Will probably be uncomfortable.
