It’s no secret that everyone struggles to follow a so called diet at the weekend.
You know whats the first mistake.
Calling it a diet.
Because you end up feeling guilty if you break it.
Probably end up going around in circles.
As one of my new clients said this morning.
It all goes wrong at the weekend I just like to eat food.

Food is there to be enjoyed.
I love my scran.
You should to.
Problem is we’ve been brainwashed all these years by the media.
First thing I do with clients looking to lose weight.
Have them track there calories.
Then if you spend the majority of your time making good food and training choices then you can enjoy meals out etc.
Now if you can stay disciplined and track your calories the weight will drop off.

The things thats crucial to all this is what’s your goal?
You need to get the balance of everything right.
It’s so important to unwind and enjoy yourself.
Recharge the batteries so you can dominate during the week.
I encourage my fat loss clients to do it.
Because you can still see great results which is what it comes down to.
