Have you got a 6 pack?

A question you know doubt have been asked?

Also a repeated question my young tennis players ask me.

Joe have you got a six pack?

I get it I’m a S&C coach I should be a ripped pillar of healthiness on the outside.

Now here’s the thing.

I’ve had a six pack and been miserable.

I’ve been fat and been misearable.

I know guys who’ve been unbelievable shape yet unhappy on the inside.

Where am I currently?

Somewhere in between 🙂

See I get the micky took out of me for some of the books i read.

Self help ones usually.

But without going over the top there life changers.

Firstly you need a why!

You want a six pack? why?

You want more money? why?

You want better relationships with family and friends? why?

Usually comes in pursuing that thing we call HAPPINESS

So how do you actualy get a 6 pack?

Simple brosef

You train your ass off and eat foods that will help not hinder your progress.

You know the shitty foods that taste amazing for 5 seconds then make your mood crash in a coma of guilt.

So what do you really want?
