So was in the gym doing my own little gym sesh.
Was supposed to bang out 4 sets of 5 chin ups.
And after coaching for 3 hours and no food.
I was running on fumes.
Yep it didn’t go well.
I got 2 reps and that was it.
Heres the thing.
That type of incident used to really bother me.
You’re so weak thats pathetic etc etc would go on in my head.
Until I did one thing.
Changed my mindset and have a strong goal.
Usually where the majority go wrong.
See 1 bad session isn’t going to ruin anything.
1 so called unhealthy meal isn’t going to cause you to gain weight.
1 argument doesn’t make you a angry arse hole.
What you do consistently day in and day out shapes you.
If it requires will power you’re doing the wrong thing.
All it takes is getting honest with yourself.
No if onlys.
Set a goal and work for it.
I’ll show you exactly how to get started.
New entries for the 30 day fitness challenge are now open.
All you need to do is join the group
