What happened to Ed and Rob? - Personal Trainer Newcastle Joe Wear Fitness

What happened to Ed and Rob?

Got a couple endurance athletes training with me at the moment.

Both came looking to increase their performance with a goal in mind.

Not one to blow my own trumpet but the results have been great.

I mean SUPER great

Thats about as positive as I get 🙂

===============

See I love to see people improving.

Nothing gives me a bigger smile than seeing someone improve their strength both physically and mentally.

I’m not talking about how many bicep curls you can do either.

I mean doing proper exercises like squats and press ups.

The ones that will improve your performance for sport.

What does that even mean?

I’ll keep it simple.

You’re either getting better or worse.

I’d prefer you were doing the first.

Now how fast can you see results?

In the era of 7 day shreds and de-toxes.

I’ll be straight up.

It’s all depends where you’re starting from!

See your programme will look very much different to a 10 year old junior tennis player.

It’s my job to work out the best plan for you.

Like I did with Ed and Rob.

So when you’re ready to get in top shape both physically and mentally.
