See I love to see people improving.
Nothing gives me a bigger smile than seeing someone improve their strength both physically and mentally.
I’m not talking about how many bicep curls you can do either.
I mean doing proper exercises like squats and press ups.
The ones that will improve your performance for sport.
What does that even mean?
I’ll keep it simple.
You’re either getting better or worse.
I’d prefer you were doing the first.
Now how fast can you see results?
In the era of 7 day shreds and de-toxes.
I’ll be straight up.
It’s all depends where you’re starting from!
