Happy New Year! - Personal Trainer Newcastle Joe Wear Fitness

Happy New Year!

Happy new year my friend.

I was in bed by 9.30pm on NYE due to severe man flu.

But it’s been great to get away for a few days.

Away from the hussle of normal life.

Lots of long walks and fresh sea air.

Didn’t’ feel great getting up this morning though did it?

Anyways rather than chuck myself in the deep end of work.

This week I’m just coaching clients during the day.

Then next week it’s BOOM back into it.

So did you set and New Year resolutions?

I’m reading a great book at the moment called Tools of Titans

It’s Tactics, routines and habits of Billionaires, Icons and World-class performers.

None of which am I but it’s good to learn from the best.

Helps inspire and move you forwards.

Because I’m a firm believer in your either progressing or not.

That’s where goal setting comes in.

SO what you going to do in 2017?

I’ll continue to work on my 3 key areas

1. Relationships

2. Health

3. Business

I’ll not bore you with all the details.

What I will do is give you a great offer to train with me in person.

I’m only offering 3 spots so act quick.

You can train the rest of January for Free before you start my Elite Racket Fitness 90 day programme in February.

You get an individual programme designed to your current fitness levels and ability.

You get 12 semi private training sessions to use each month.

You get me to hold you accountable to achieving what you want.

Then in February it’s 3 monthly payments of £298

My evening work is fully booked so you need to be able train in the mornings.
