A regular question which I got again yesterday.
After being in this fitness game a long time this question will come up.
I guess it’s a natural reaction when you like the idea and want something.
I’ll be honest sometimes the price of training with me in person puts people off.
And usually people hunting around on price are looking for a cheap deal.
Not my thing sorry.
I saw the other day a woman complaining about the cost of a £9.99/ month gym?
I mean seriously if you can’t pay £9.99 it’s time to question yourself.
Anyways stop looking at things as a cost.
Look at it as an investment in your health. and I guarantee you’re more likely to stick to a routine you commit to than a budget gym/bootcamp.
There’s also a reason I don’t sell sessions that you can pick and choose when to use.
Because YOU can’t get a results off it.
I need to see you for at least a month to get you results.
Which is what it’s about.
I also know Christmas is an expensive time.

Where you can seriously lose some weight.
