Lets not over complicate things.
If you’ve got some timber to shift the science of it is simple.
The biggest challenge is your thoughts.
But it can be done!
It’s not all about the scales either.
See your weight will go up and down through the day depending on what you eat and do.
Don’t let it bother you.
The only issue is when the scales keep going up and up and you don’t do anything about it.
I’ve ran a few weight loss competitions over the years and this question always pops up.
Joe is it safe to lose weight fast?
like most things it depends.
But if your goal is to shift some timber then I’ve no issue with it coming off quickly.
UNLESS you’re just going to pile it all back on.
I’ll give you a little example.
I went to Crete for 2 weeks over the summer.
I left weighing 90kg’s
I returned weighing 95kg.
Had an awesome amazing time but was feeling bloated, heavy and had the holiday blues when I got back.
So what did I do?
Set a goal to get down to 85kgs the weight I play my best football at (important to me)
Within 10 days I’m down to 89.6. that’s 11lbs of weight gone.
Simply by tracking what I’m eating.
Exercising a little and resisting stuffing my face. (I’m a fat kid at heart)
Feel a ton better now.
So there you go.
If you wanna lose weight fast.
Don’t overthink it.
