Exactly what my client said to me this morning.
I guess thats why I have a job.
But heres the other thing.
She was off to meet her friend for a coffee after the session who thought it was hysterical she had a trainer.
For some reason people have this image in their head of a trainer.
Now don’t get me wrong there’s some shocking trainers out there.
You can become qualified in a weekend if you want.
Not sure i’d trust a mechanic with my car who only went on a weekend course.
Anyways I’ll not go off on that tangent.
Out of interest what would put you off working with a trainer?
See my job is not
to punish you with exercises that make you sick.
It’s not to scream and shout in your face.
Having a trainer is not just for the rich and celebs.
My job is to help you.
Firstly you need to know what you need helping with.
Usually it’s to shift some timber.
Here’s a free 30 day fitness challenge that will help you do that.
See theres so many people out there who are stuck/confused with how to lose weight.
When thers no need.
You just need someone to map it out for you.
Then hold you accountable to getting results.
Here’s a way you can do it for free to.
Come join the challenge.
P.S You gotta be in it to win it!https://www.facebook.com/groups/1446377572240519/
