In or Out? - Personal Trainer Newcastle Joe Wear Fitness

In or Out?

Always a dangerous game talking about politics!

But by 9.30 this morning I’d had this conversation 3 times.

What am I voting?

Good question.

To be honest I don’t know enough about the situation or pretend to like some morons on Facebook and I don’t think the majority of the country do either.

It gets people wound up.

It causes arguments.

I’m all for a peaceful stress free life.

Call me small minded but people are always going to do what they perceive best for themselves.

Politicians aren’t any different despite what they say.

Plus the more I listen to people and their opinions the more I think people just like to argue for the sake of it.

It gives them another thing to complain about rather than looking at how they act and behave daily.

For some reason people think they’re owed something.

Nobody is owed anything from anyone.

If you want something you work for it.

It’s why I’ve got no time for spongers or those who whinge about not having a job when they could easily work at something they just choose not to.

If you hate your situation do something about it.

Don’t make excuses.

Don’t say you don’t have a choice.

Because you do.

See like it or not you’re daily decisions and actions decide your life.

Eat crap food and don’t exercise you get fat.

Don’t work you don’t make money.

If you hang around mood sucking angry people chances are you’ll be a mood sucking hungry angry person.

Like those who play the victim about being out of shape, skint and make excuses about it all the time.

It’s simple to change

Just make yourself accountable to your actions and commit to growth.

I’m talking getting all the major areas in your life on point.

If one of the areas needs work on then do something about it.

Because simply if I don’t work I don’t make a living.

I love helping people improve.

Helping my clients improve the way they look, feel and move.

See I’m not an expert in politics and don’t pretend to be.

I can however guarantee to improve your health and fitness.

Because I have studied and still study every day on the subject.

If you think you’ll be a good fit then you can apply to my Elite Racket Fitness Programme.

Just don’t expect to be spoon fed.

If you’re prepared to change and move forward with yourself you’d be a great fit.
