You know when you’re forced to do something you really don’t wanna do!
Well yesterday I had to do a speed awareness course.
It wasn’t that bad apart from the instructor persisitng on telling everyone he’s self employed.
Felt like saying me too mate what you want a high 5!
See obviously not one person wanted to be there.
Even the course instructor wanted to finish early.
Just back off his holidays.
See if he hadn’t wasted so much time waffling on about himself we could have been done in 2 hours.
Anyways I like to take a positive away from anything I do.
I did learn the difference between injuries at hitting someone at 30mph compared to 36 mph is massive.
So many poeple are out there just swopping time for money.
Just plodding through life.
Whingehing an dmoaning about their situation.
YOu know what if you’re not happy with an area of your life.
Man up and do something about it.
Realise it’s not going to be comfortable.
Set some goals and do what counts to achieve them.
Start by taking care of your body.
If you want a proven system that works to drop body fat.
