Lessons from a trip to the vets!

Had to take one of the rabbits to the vets yesterday.

Amazing how life changes…….

Anyways the poor little rabbit seems to be having some balance issues, so last week i took it to see if a vet could help.

Cos when there’s a problem you look to fix it right?

Anyways after having to cough up £75 for some meds that the Vet hadn’t got a clue would work or not I left slightly annoyed.

So yesterday I had to take it back for a check up.

After stressing where to park for 15 mins and missing my original appointment.

I wasn’t in the best of moods.

Not the vets fault I know.

So all the time I’m wondering what’s she going to tell me different today?

Yep exactly nothing.

Just asked how it was etc so decided to get my moneys worth and ask if it’s nails need clipping.

Apparently they did.

But rather than do a splendid job the good old vet clips a blood vessell and we’ve now got blood coming out it’s foot!

Think she felt so bad that she gave me a 50% discount on the check up lol

Don’t panic the rabbits fine but i got me thinking when I hear about people going to see some personal trainers.

And you hear horror stories about people leaving feeling sick.

or not being able to walk for days.

or even worse getting injured.

Unfortunately theres some crap trainers out there.

Who will take your money and give you awful advice.

I prefer to get you in for a free coaching session then give you options that will be best for you.

Not some cookie cutter programme that everyone gets.

Because it needs to be suitable for you and your current fitness levels.
