Lessons From Usain Bolt! - Personal Trainer Newcastle Joe Wear Fitness

Lessons From Usain Bolt!

Watched a cracking documentary about Usain Bolt last night.

I love seeing how people at the top work.

Especially the ins and outs of their personalities.

You get to see there human side.

See Usain admits he know he has the talent and skill but needs a strong coach.

and in Coach Mills he has that.

After a serious ankle injury he has to give Bolt a good telling off about lifestyle.

Cos Bolt wants to win the olympics 2016 but enjoys to party and stay up late.

His coach even calls him a fat athlete!

Harsh but true (well he was fat for a Olympic sprinter)

And going out eating and drinking won’t help will it?

So if the Best Sprinter of all time needs a coach and someone to give him a wake up call.

What makes you any different?

Having a coach that cares and gets you better results than you could on your own.

It’s why I invest in myself.

Especially when it comes to your health and fitness.

It’s one area you can control yet so many get it wrong.

I see so many people tlk about losing weight etc

Yet do nothing about it?

or try it for a couple weeks and give up.

I’ve even done the hard work for you.

You just have to turn up and work hard.

It’s not for everyone though.

Just action takers who want guaranteed results.
