Bluntly – YES it is.
If thats your goal? (you do have one right?)
Why wouldn’t you wanna get there fast?
Now before someone gets their knickers in a twist hold on.
If you’re going to lose weight then pile it back on and repeat the cycle for the rest of your days.
Then no there’s a little bit of an issue there.
If you’ve commited to improving your health, fitness and mind for the rest of your days.
Then shift those pounds as quickly as you want.

Like I said though it’s gotta be a lifestyle choice (sorry for the cheesiness)
If you’re just going to piss whinge and moan about your situation.
Well energy is important.
And I try to protect mine as much as possible.
You’re probs best working with someone else.

Change can be difficult.
