What can you achieve in two months?
Dan came to me 8 weeks ago looking to shift some timber.
Student lifestyle isn’t the most healthiest.
8 weeks laters and he’s 18lbs down.
Now having been a student before I know how it works.
My first year when I couldn’t get in the team and was hitting the all you can eat caffeteria lets just say I piled on the pounds.
See I could spout all this bull shit about miracle fat loss formulas and exercises but it’s all nonsense.
Everone knows what to do to lose weight.
The Magic way you ask?
It was me holding him accountable and him putting the hard work and effort.
Even my 8 year old athletes can tell me what are healthy or unhealthy foods.
It’s relatively simple to lose weight.
Notice I didn’t say easy.
Cos change can be difficult my friend.
But having been both fat and thin i sympathise.
Talk is cheap though.
I prefer action takers like Dan.
So if you’re ready to make a change and put in the work lets do it.
Just before you do though heres a few reasons NOT to come see me
I’ll even have an opportunity for you to train with me for Free in January.
It won’t be for everyone just those looking for results.
Stay tuned details will be out this week.
P.S Guess how much the average person puts on over Xmas?
