If you’re smart hiring a coach is a great investment.
Preferably one that has your best interests, not just looking to take your cash.
Invest in your health.
See I hear this a lot
Hiring a coach is too expensive
You have to be a celebrity or rich to have a personal trainer (not true)
You can get the info for Free off the internet why would I pay someone?
Yes the web is a fantastic resource but I’m guessing if you’re reading this you might need some help.
There’s also some absolute rubbish on the net.
So why hire someone to help you?
Same reason the best sportsman and businessman hire coaches.
To help you improve.
To make you better.
To push you out of your comfort zone.
It’s why I constantly invest in myself.
As one of my clients says “Don’t save the pennies and miss the pounds”
^^^read that again^^^
If you invest in your health and fitness
You’re going to feel and look better
You’re going to have more energy
You’re going to get more action
You’re clothes fit better
The benefits of shifting some timber and feeling trimmer will boost your performance in all areas of life.
Now I get you’re probably thinking you would say that you’re a personal trainer.
So to help you out I’m going to help you for Free in October.
It’s also going to be the last time I do it for Free.
So if you want in.
Come join me in the group
