When it's ok to put 10kg's on! - Personal Trainer Newcastle Joe Wear Fitness

When it’s ok to put 10kg’s on!

This week I’ve been assessing my junior tennis players fitness with a series of tests.

One of the lads has put 10kg in a year.

A good 10kg though not fat!

Cos carrying excess Fat doesn’t fuel performance in a good way.

So whats the point of doing fitness tests?

It’s important to know where you’re at then you can track and monitor your progress.

Let’s just say I’m not the most popular person as some are very tough.

But you learn a lot when you’re pushed to your limits and out your comfort zone.

And for change to occur it’s going to be tough and uncomfortable.

Now just in case you’re thinking i’m some military coach that drills junior athletes into the ground.

I’m not.

But I do assess all my clients and athletes and expect them to work hard.

So then I know where they’re at before I can make a plan and programme for them.

It’s also why I offer a Free consultations to new clients.

So I can meet you.

Find out about your exercise history.

Find out if you have any niggling injuries or current issues with training.

Find out about your diet.

Then I can let you know what programme would suit you best.

You can apply for yours here <<<<< click

All I need is to promise me.

1. You will turn up (some people don’t and it’s rather annoying)

I’ll show you the rest.

Apply now

P.S Soon as you do i’ll be in touch.
