It felt like a rave at a church!
Luckily it wasn’t full of pill heads chewing there faces off.
Me and my lass met up with one of her friends her partner and brother in Gozo last week at a Festa.
It’s a religious celebration with Music, dancing and drinking.
Good fun it was.
Well apart from the nob who parked his car so close to the firework display it had to be delayed for 30 mins.
Anyways I was chatting to her a brother as he loves the gym.
Luckily he spoke English very well as my Maltese is non existent.
Was in good shape.
Now this is where you should never judge someone just by the way they look.
Even though we all do it!
He was asking a lot of questions about training etc and was interested in what I do as he knows I train people.
Then he asked if I’d had any good transformations?
To be honest I don’t really like the whole body transformation stuff you see on the net as it rarely paints the truth behind the person.
Then he drops a bombshell which surprised me.
He’s lost 7 stone (45kgs)
Obviously I wanted to find out more so asked him how and more importantly why he.
Simply put he got sick of the situation he was in and wanted to do something about it.
So he got a bike and used it every day then got bored of cycling and discovered lifting weights.
Now he loves training.
It completely changed his mind set and attitude to his health and fitness.
I love stories like this and especially helping my clients lose weight.
Firstly you need to want to do it for yourself.
Still places in both groups in my course that starts Monday so you best act quick.
You won’t lose 7 stone but you could easily lose 1 in 7 weeks.
P.S Did you hear about the celeb personal trainer that charges £1000 session? I’ll give my views tomorrow. Stay tuned.
