Back in the day all I read was autobiographies
Well cos back in the day I wanted to be one.
Guess I was kinda but your not going to retire on a hundred squid a week.
I’ll not bore you anymore with my failed dreams.
Anyways the best one for me was Tony Adams.
A huge commanding centre half who battled with drink, depression going to jail etc
All whilst winning the premier league and smashing centre forwards all over for years.
Here’s the thing.
Even though he’s battled all the demons.
He still kicked ass and got on with winning.
Everyone has struggles you just need to embrace them and make them work in your favour.
You want to lose that belly.
You wanna have more energy.
You wanna fit in your clothes.
You want more confidence.
You wanna enjoy your lifestyle.
You don’t wanna waste hours in the gym
You don’t wanna go on a diet.
You want results.
You might even be thinking I’m talking out my arse right now.
It’s not possible.
Well my friend it is.
It’s achievable with a plan that suits you.
It’s achievable with the right mindset.
It’s achiveable with hard work.
Now if you’re already in tip top shape, with a personalised programme thats getting results.
Then ^5 you don’t need me.
I wish you good luck.
But before you go.
If you want to learn how to train effectively then it’s time to take action.
