You gotta start somewhere right?
Last night was 5aside with the lads.
Every Tuesday wind, rain or shine we play.
Last night was the first match of the new year and to put it politely.
I was pathetic.
No energy and felt flat (not that i’m the most energetic of players)
But lets just say I felt off my game.
Even managed an own goal.
Luckily there were 4 other players to help make sure we won.
But heres the thing.
Should I be surprised considering the last couple weeks I’ve ate, drank and been very ill.
No because your results are decided from your daily choices
It’s fun for a couple days but then it starts to effect every day life.
Luckily I know what to do.
Make myself more accountable so it’s harder to hide.
Without sounding like that gym nob who boasts about his progress.
Since Monday I’m down 3 pounds.
Just from a couple changes to my diet and exercise.
It’s why I created the Elite Racket Fitness programme
To help you start shifting timber and moving better.
My offers still available to train for the rest of January for Free (saving £298)
Just be ready to work hard thats all I ask.
