Why Do people Love to Panic?

Why do people love to panic and go into chaos mode?

Sometimes I’m far to laid back but it’s better than stressing about ridiculous stuff you can’t control.

It gives them a sense of importance I guess.

I hate noise and pointless chat.

I mean only yesterday I read about a guy who had an operation to get a permanent six pack.

Seriously I worry about humans sometimes.

It’s because of all the rubbish that the media puts out.

You get confused about what’s healthy and whats not.

You can get obsessed with it.

Searching for the washboard abs.

Seeing having been in a position where I’ve had abs and not had abs I can talk from experience and the struggles.

It’s nothing to do with doing crunches either.

Obviously depending on your starting point it’s achievable.

You need a plan a programme and someone to hold you accountable.

Now I won’t promise you will get a six pack after 30 days but i guarantee you will lose weight.
