Pokemon Go is sweeping the nation.

Summed up perfectly by a client this morning.

“I’ve got better things to do with my time than go around shooting imaginary pokemon”

See it’s just another distraction to avoid reality.

Happens a lot in the ol fitness industry.

A new craze of exercise sweeps the nation.

All the celebs are doing it.

It’s going to torch belly fat and leave you looking like Ronaldo.

No doubt you’ve heard a few

Metafit, crossfit, insanity, spinning i’ll not go on.

They all fizzle out eventually.

To be honest I shouldn’t be such a harsh judge.

Exercise is defo better than no exercise.

But usually it’s just a temporary distraction.

You do it for a few weeks or months then you get bored and look for the next shiny object.

Without wanting to burst your bubble.

Losing weight comes down to a couple things.

How hard/often you exercise

and what you shove in that pie hole on a consistent basis.

Call it whatever name you want.

Hype it up and sugar coat it.

It doesn’t need to be over complicated.
