Is it a good idea to train with someone?
Yes 100% yes.
Never train alone.
It’s just a bad idea.
I’m useless at training on my own.
I’m only human, don’t hate.
It’s everything that I advise against going it alone.
Theres a reason people pay me you know?
So here’s why it’s good to have someone to train with.
It keep you Accountable! (If you find the right person)
See no doubt You’re working all the time.
You have a busy social life.
You like food.
You think I’ll start Monday.
We’ve all said it.
Just don’t do what 90% of others do and do it alone.
Makes no sense.
You can skip sessions when you don’t feel like it.
You can binge on foods you know you dont need.
They make you feel great for a split second then BOOM that food coma sets in.
So make yourself accountable and get moving.
