When I scored in the FA cup! - Personal Trainer Newcastle Joe Wear Fitness

When I scored in the FA cup!

Time flies doesn’t it.

Football season starts again tomorrow.

1st round of pre qualifying in the FA cup.

Appparently again we’re the lowest ranked team in the competition.

Gotta be in it to win it right?

Might even score again!

See I’m not sure how many years I got left in the ol game.

But I’ll keep playing until the enjoyment goes.

Right now it still seems to be there.

I’ll guarantee one thing when the boots get hung up.

I’ll not become a fat mess like so many ex players do.

Blame an old knee or ankle injury then pile on the pounds.

Just because you’re injured it’s not an excuse not to exercise.

Yeah it sucks but don’t get into a spiral of self pitty and doubt.

I hear it far to often.

Joe I can’t lose weight because of this……………….

Joe I can’t exercise because of this…………………

Joe I can’t…….

Why not think about what you can do?

Years of a thought process can take a lot of effort and time to change.

Bu it can be done.

In my head I can quite tough on myself, took me ages to figure it all out.

But imagine if you just said the opposite to your thoughts?

If you’ve struggled to lose weight why not really commit to it and make the changes?

I’ll be holding the people on this course accountable.

It’s about getting results and showing you how with some simple changes you can achieve.

Are you ready?

Had a text asking if it was for both genders. yes it is.
