Why You Shouldn’t join My Programme!

Bit of honesty here.

I’m not a coach for everyone.

In fact I’m only going to coach you if I know you’re serious and not a time waster.

And no it’s not because I’m a dick.

See there’s just nothing worse than trying to help someone when they’re just going to ignore what you say, continue to stuff there face and suck the energy from you.

I value my time and who I spend it with.

You should to.

So here’s some reasons why you wouldn’t be a good fit to join my coaching programme.

  1. If you want magic pills and exercises to get you in shape.
  2. If you’re not going to put the effort in and whinge about the lack of results.
  3. If you’re going to join and leave straight away.
  4. If you want me to tell you only what you wanna hear (that won’t get you results)
  5. When the training gets tough you just quit.
  6. If you’re ego won’t fit through the door.
  7. If you aren’t looking to make serious changes to your body.
  8. If you wear vests, backward caps and wanna stare at yourself in the mirror all day.
  9. If you’re always late.
  10. If you don’t enjoy having fun.

I could go on………

So if you match any of the above I’m going to suggest you look elsewhere for a coach.

Join a bootcamp or that budget gym down the road.

I’ve got spaces left in my 7am group coaching programme.

You can start shifting those excess pounds.

All whilst still being able to enjoy a beer at the weekends.

Now who doesnt wanna do that?
