Thing is, do you either say screw it and let your diet go to to pot
or
Stay on track?
Losing weight is pretty simple you just need to burn more than you consume!
Thats it.
No magic pills
No magic exercises
No secret potions to lose a stone in 7 days………..
It comes down to creating a calorie deficit and sticking to your goals.
So if you’re not able to train you need to either lower your calories or maintain.
It’s a lot easier to let the excuses take over.
I can’t get to the gym so couldn’t train
I’ve got you sorted on that one!

or you could shovel some snow to get the ol heart rate pumping!
Whatever you do try not to just STOP everything and fall off the old weight loss wagon.
