Do you keep score?
I mean what’s the point of doing something if you don’t know the result?
Well unless you’re one those uncompetitive strange people that don’t enjoy sport.
^^^^Yet to work those people out^^^^
Now listen carefully my friend as this is a HUGE mistake people make with their fitness.
Not tracking anything.
Hoping that the results will happen.
Then it’s easy to make excuses when you don’t see any progress.
See this is why I still love to play football.
Saturday we won 3-1 I left very cold but happy.
The previous Saturday we lost 1-0 I left very cold and unhappy.
I know which one I prefer to.
So does my woman.
See if you train with me we’re going to keep track of your results.
That way we can plan the right programme for you and your goals.
But more importantly make sure you’re hitting them.
It might be slightly uncomfortable at first but once we know where you’re at we can start moving forwards.
Then when you can’t hide away from reality.
Because results don’t lie, despite what excuses you come up with.
You can shift weight.
You can improve how you feel and have more energy.
Starts with a bit of home truths.
Because once you get honest about your current reality you can make the changes you need.
Want a guaranteed system that works?
