All it takes is a slap of reality!

So had the first pre season friendly of the year on Saturday and it didn’t go great.

Lost 4-1 and were 4-0 down at half time.

Didn’t help not having a goal keeper and having our striker in nets.

Left the pitch with blisters and a saw back.

To the comment of you need to shift that belly from the gaffa!

See sometimes it takes a little comment to trigger a response.

It might even sting a little.

Don’t be a sensitive snow flake about it though truth hurts.

Just man up and take action.

Don’t be that guy who sticks his head in the mud and refuses to change.

It’s simple to make a change.

Amazes me how many people just get stuck in a rut.

Feel down about their weight.

Feel down about their job.

Feel down about their relationships.

And persist to whinge and moan about it.

How do I know?

Cos I’ve been there myself.

But all you need to do is commit to growth.

Nail the 3 key areas that are important.

Health Business Relationships.

Once you do that you’ll be flying.

Don’t look for the perfect time to start because it doesn’t exist.

Don’t worry about not being able to make every session due to work.

Don’t worry about your current fitness levels.

Don’t be so hard on yourself.

Life’s fun enjoy it!

You just need a goal, plan and a programme designed for you.
