The most Stressful thing EVER! - Personal Trainer Newcastle Joe Wear Fitness

The most Stressful thing EVER!

People weren’t lying when they said buying a house is stressful!

See we’re to complete on a house at the moment and it’s draggggging it’s heels.

Not that it’s any of our fault.

But somewhere along the line people aren’t making our lives any easier.

Having to rely on other people does my head in.

Because when it comes down to it.

You do what you want.

And rightfully so.

It’s why I don’t get those people who rely on everyone else.

Rather than just taking care of stuff themselves

Because one thing I guarantee

You will get let down.

So the less chance you give people of letting you down.

The more chance you have of succeeding.

Getting what you want?

Unfortunately it doesn’t always work like it should does it!

Unless it comes down to your daily, actions and choices on your health.

Because that solely relies on YOU.

Yet some still get it so wrong.

like when I get the occasional client who thinks cos they pay there cash.

The weight will just fall off.

Hate to break it to you but it doesn’t work like that.

You have to put some work in yourself.

Yeah i’ll write a plan suited to your fitness levels

Yeah i’ll give you support along the way.

I’ll even guarantee you lose weight if you follow the plan.

But first you need to be ready to put the work in.

Because if not I can’t help brosef.

In fact we probs won’t be a good fit to work together EVER.

This plan is designed for results with your body.
