Chances are you’ll be a little nervous before hiring a trainer
And rightfully so
New situations are gonna be like that
Embrace them don’t Fear them
but heres something that REALLY pisses me off about crap trainers
Your first session should not be hard
The goal should never be to make you puke
It shouldn’t be to crush, smash or whatever other nonsense terms people use.
See you’re not going to achieve any results from 1 session
So if you have a bad experience, guess what?
You’re not going to come back
You’ll tell your friends you hated it (not good for business)
and you’ll probably go back to your old habits.
Making the step to ask for help is hard
Especially for us blokes
But being stuck is worse
However the best advice if you’re feeling stuck
Hire an expert
I’m guessing you don’t fix your car by yourself?
Amazes me how many try (and fail) to fix their body
When the advice is out there.
