Bit of a mixed weekend
Lost at football for only 2nd time this year.
Made every excuse in the book.
We’ve had to many games
It was to hot
My back and calf aren’t 100%
Unfortunately none of that counts.
The only thing that counts is the result.
Like the national on Saturday
Which my lady managed to pick the winner (liked the sound of the name)
The result goes down on paper
A bit like when I record my clients weight each week.
They’ve either done the work and followed the plan or haven’t.
If you do the work you get the results.
And it depends how much it means to you on how much effort you put in.
If you really want the result you’ll do the work.
If your not that bothered then you won’t
But someone a lot smarter than me said this about change.
Change happens When the Pain of staying the same is greater than the pain of change.
^^^read that again^^^
See theres a lot of people who kinda like the idea of losing weight
but it doesn’t mean enough to them to make the change
Which is Great if you’re happy where you are now.
But if you’re still thinking
You know what I wanna start shifting some timber.
Why not start today for Free?
Just be prepared to put the effort in.
